Production Supervisor -PM
Mission of the role & responsibilities
- Supervise manufacturing activities on assigned shift to maintain and improve manufacturing efficiency
- Lead and develop a team that is properly trained with the ability to achieve all defined manufacturing goals and objectives
- Ensure Environmental Health and Safety standards are consistently being met.
- Ensure all company policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws are followed at all times
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience
- Minimum of 3 years in supervisory role
- Knowledge of manufacturing practices in a high volume production process
- Procient in Excel, Word and Power Point
- 2-4 year degree in business or a related field preferred
